Pros
Flexibility, golf outings, friendly-environment and the possibility of making lots of money!
Cons
Poor Management communication, no training on product knowledge, inadequate and inconsistent workforce.
Advice to Senior Management
Create a newsletter that is relevant to each department. Create training, workshops and meetings to improve work ethics, increase motivation, develop product knowledge, success stories and strategies.
