I found the majority of the management to be very supportive and positive.

Personal Trainer (Current Employee) Knoxville, TN

Prossupportive management, sales team works with trainers not separately like at many chain gyms, team environment, constant workshops to expand knowledge, fun

ConsI was very satisified at The Rush. Having worked at other gyms since I find myself actually missing the work environment there. Unfortunately, there are none locally.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Fun atmosphere

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFun people, fun atmosphere, free gym membership, provides opportunities for growth, pretty good benefits for full-time employees.

ConsConstant change and restructuring makes it hard to feel secure in your position. Managers are moved constantly between the different locations. Work-life balance is hard if you are in sales or management.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your people no matter how big or small their role may be.

A few great employees outweighed by a large amount of unethical employees.
