    Great company with excellent facilities. Great culture.

    Finding the fine line between sales and customer service and retention. All in all an excellent place to work.

    Flexible schedule, create your own hours, and do your own workouts
    Company hosts contests and gives away cash prices to top trainers
    Fun environment and great, friendly staff

    Cons

    schedule can be up and down due to season ex: summer slow because people go on vacation and January very busy
    sales job: sometimes clients don't buy more sessions so you have to find other clients

    supportive management, sales team works with trainers not separately like at many chain gyms, team environment, constant workshops to expand knowledge, fun

    Cons

    I was very satisified at The Rush. Having worked at other gyms since I find myself actually missing the work environment there. Unfortunately, there are none locally.

    Fun people, fun atmosphere, free gym membership, provides opportunities for growth, pretty good benefits for full-time employees.

    Cons

    Constant change and restructuring makes it hard to feel secure in your position. Managers are moved constantly between the different locations. Work-life balance is hard if you are in sales or management.

    Value your people no matter how big or small their role may be.

    -Retaliation by management (not all, but a large amount)
    -Unethical employees that should be fired, but are held onto even with upper management aware of incidents

    I got to work with and around different people, which helped me make my people skills better. Its was a fun job

    Cons

    The hours and pay was always different. Only the managers got the best breaks and walk in guests. I hated making appointments
