I worked at Rush FITNESS COMPLEX The

    Pros

High energy fun environment. Co-workers are upbeat, people-friendly and usually very positive.

    Cons

Leadership is extremely lacking, very young inexperienced management leads to social clicks and prejudicial treatment of employees making getting clientele very tough unless you beat the street and find them yourself. Super low pay and the only ability to advance is to be in the click of whatever new manager you find yourself under.
