I worked at Rusty Eck Ford full-time for more than 10 years

Asked to lie to customers
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Rusty Eck Ford
Pros – Rusty Eck will give you all the rope in the world to hang yourself with. If you enjoy a job where hitting a target involves only input on how not to hit it, than this is the place for you.
Cons – -Nothing (including your hiring contract) is put into writing.
-There are no performance reviews or doccumentation. You never know where you stand
-Atmosphere is driven by the mood of the department managers. They'll chat you up one day and have you cowering in the corner "literally" the next.
-Would rather take the approach that its easier to promise the world to their customers and apologize when things go wrong than to just fix the reasons why they went wrong.
-Problems with nepotism
-overall work product is left wanting
Advice to Senior Management – You need to take a hard look at who you have running your company.
