Senior leadership is great! Middle management does not know how to lead. Most still feel that they are individual contributors. They need to step up

Pros
Pleasant working environment, good benefits, plenty of parking, flexibility.
Cons
Very demanding workload to the point where you don't have time to double check the accuracy of your work. they take advantage of tsalaried employees to the point of burnout.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire more people to prevent job burnout and good people leaving the facility. Get rid of the deadwood that do not perform to an acceptable job performance level. For some reason, the bad apples always drive out the good people!
