    There is a very casual work environment. Minneapolis office is great.

    Internships obviously do not have any benefits package, so that always tightens your fiscal situation.

    Good pay, room for advancement, relaxed work atmosphere, knowledgeable people who are willing to teach you and help you with your work. Good range of projects.

    Cons

    New work seems to be coming along slow to the company, limiting hiring/employment opportunities. There is a disconnect between the upper management and the people lower on the totem pole.
