    You gain some experience and it is a good entry level opportunity. If you show leadership you can get higher roles in upcoming projects

    Cons

    This is not a career and it not stable because it is usually short term projects, on the other hand unless you stay long term in a project, this could seem as unstable on your resume

    I worked at Ryla Telaservices as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Training was excellent. Fast paced indepth. Yet I left the training room fully prepared to knowledgeably answer caller's questions and service their accounts. Perfect if had been permanent job.

    Cons

    There was NO onsite parking. You had to take a company shuttle from a distant parking lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you can't make onsite parking available add more frequent shuttles.

    You automatically work 40 hrs a week.
    Great pay and paid training.

    The job not very secure.
    They have a lot of seasonal positions.

    there really wasn't anything as far as the company was bad except for they stopped giving out bonuses.

    Pros

    Quality Consultant for AT&T contract ~ was able to work directly with contract employees. They were appreciative of our input. Trained the bottom performers with low scores on selected calls they handled and received a personal satisfaction by helping others reach goals

    Cons

    Agents were treated poorly ~ work force management team kept watch on codes agents used to take breaks and lunch and more times than you could imagine agents time was adjusted to meet requirements for client. Agents were treated unfairly and often let go because of personal conflicts. Overall don't expect to be treated as if your time and effort matters. You are an agent you are an option at this company. Very large turn over in employess.

    Don't try to micro manage your employees, and treat them with respect. Don't let your job title keep you from being human. Also if you think you can make a difference in this company look for another job cause it's all about the stats and percentages you are only an option here if those aren't met.

    helps pay the bills until I can find another job...key word help

    Cons

    -$9.00 hours is barely paying for anything in this economy
    - 10 min breaks are a joke and when you go over the ten min break they want to write you up..
    - I never knew a company were majority of the employees are looking for a job
    -sups don't even want to do theirs jobs
    -poor benefits and you earn 1.78 hours per pay period towards time off

    You get want you pay try offering more competitive wages to your employees

    Extremely fast-paced environment with little strategic planning.
