    Lots of micromanaging. Shuttles from parking to office can make you late if not super early.

    The leased building had a decent restaurant not owned by RYLA.

    Cons

    All levels of management unprofessional from foul language bombs to physical scuffles to wrong info for staff...and this is just the management.

    Get HR facts and training. Respect yourselves and the people you work with. Do what you say, say what you do.

    You gain some experience and it is a good entry level opportunity. If you show leadership you can get higher roles in upcoming projects

    This is not a career and it not stable because it is usually short term projects, on the other hand unless you stay long term in a project, this could seem as unstable on your resume

    Pros

    Training was excellent. Fast paced indepth. Yet I left the training room fully prepared to knowledgeably answer caller's questions and service their accounts. Perfect if had been permanent job.

    There was NO onsite parking. You had to take a company shuttle from a distant parking lot.

    If you can't make onsite parking available add more frequent shuttles.
