ProsGreat people to work with, lots of exciting product and market development and growth.

ConsUpper management makes some decisions that are very difficult to understand. People or departments are sometimes pitted against each other. It is very difficult to change positions inside the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue with the new HR initiatives and became more flexible to employee needs.

ProsIt was a paid job.

ConsThey did not have even desk and chair and computer for some one they hired

Advice to Senior ManagementTop managers should spend some time to supervise all departments to make sure how they are being managed by junior managers.

Prosestablished firm with good products, with many great techincal and supporting staff

Conslack of team co-operation, lack of management support, sales team is disorganized, one is pulled in all directions, everyone is out to protect own position instead of finiding ways to provide solutions to outside customers and allow the company to grow
