    Pros

    Nice working conditions. Great CEO.

    Cons

No cons really. S&B needs to hire more people.

    Advice to Management

Be more aware of employees needs.

    Pros

Good people, relaxed atmosphere, good pay, sad to leave. I really liked working here and would go back in a heartbeat.

    Cons

Client pulled the project so contractors were let go. Not sure what happened. I do know that they had pulled the project from another company before S&B got it so might just be a flaky client

    Advice to Management

Um, try not to lose contracts? I wouldn't presume to tell management anything. I've not been in their shoes.

    Pros

-You get a lot of responsibility -Good Salary -Flexible Hours -Good Co-workers - You get a variety of work

    Cons

-no formal training -not a lot of vacation time -Sometimes the company is heavy on management -low in resources and people are multitasking which sometime degrade quality of work - not big projects comparing to big companies

    Advice to Management

Provide more formal training for employees other than on project training. Focus more on technical aspect of project and little less on management to achieve balance

    Pros

Great Connectivity to managment. Everyone in the workplace was polite. Flexible work hours for me as an intern. Fridays were always half days.

    Cons

Half day fridays meant longer work hours on Monday through Thursday. Tasks were delegated well but sometimes hard to see how your work fit into the bigger picture.

    Advice to Management

The company needs some form of formal training/compnay orientation program for new employees. This would make it easier to develop a sense of ownership in each of your employees.
