    Pros

Nice people great training. Pay seems ok.

    Cons

Schedules change whenever, too much favoritism, disorganized, everybody want to be boss, too many in charge people. Hate paying to park or riding the train ugh

    Advice to Management

Maintain schedules and be more professional.

    Pros

Easy job, good Co workers, and decent pay. Talking to different people on a daily basis trying to sell direct tv products

    Cons

Turnover rate is high. Training class once a week with a temp agency has own office?? Unbearable supervisors. High pressure. Every day you walk in could be your last

    Advice to Management

Highly doubtful unless you already know someone on the inside. They constantly play favorites. And the pay isn't any better than being a rep

    Pros

Depending on your department you may get free directv after 3 months. Semi-relaxed clothing policy. Pay is decent.

    Cons

cliques EVERYWHERE. Almost like you're in high school when you're really working with people that are in their 20s-40s. 4 weeks of training and then they expect you to do perfect. Really pushy on customers and pushing credit cards/credit checks even if the customer says no.

    Advice to Management

Re-evaluate who you have as a team leader. Some are great, others are just plain stupid. Make sure the new people (especially women) are not getting hit on all the time/being asked to drink on the job!

    Pros

There are no pros for working at S&P data the managers are pervs and disgusting. They are also rude. There are always hiring so the turnover rate is huge

    Cons

There are too many cons to even list them all . There are about 20 people getting hired every 2 weeks and about 25 getting fired every 2 weeks stay away

    Pros

Bonuses were amazing. Some of the coaches were cool. Most of the agents were nice.

    Cons

The OMs suck! The point system sucks! I was put on a final because I took some time off but was told by an OM that I wouldn't have to worry about anything! I was fired because I couldn't provide a doctors note saying my grandfather was in the hospital. After I was told that I wouldn't be fired for missing a day!

    Advice to Management

Get your crap together! And don't tell people one thing then do the opposite! I will NEVER recommend someone to you and you bet I will be telling the labor board about the hostile environment you create!

    Pros

If you get the right people on your side, you'll do really well.

    Cons

Impossible to remain ethical and work here

    Advice to Management

Don't let DirecTV manage your whole company, speak to employees like they're people regardless of hourly vs salaried status

    Pros

If you have it in your mind that a job is a job then you are good to go, but if you have any type of self-respect or morals, you wouldn't even accept an interview!

    Cons

I started with this company back in Aug of 2013 and when I tell you they have no type of organization going on. After my training which was two weeks and could have been broken down into 3 days because if you have ever been in the customer service field I don't understand why you have to have customer service 101 but okay! When I got to the floor to finally answer calls there was an error with my paycheck, the manager told me in my face that he sent the right information and that I should check with my temp agency if I had a problem. Well it turned out that he didn't even know who I was, when in fact I was the top salesman in my class. Therefore after I basically stuck with the devil I knew. I was sent home after only being at my shift for 3 solid hours because they told me I had answered one too many customer service calls and I was in sales, but there was no way that I was able to control which type of calls came to my phone seeing that after a week they got rid of the qualifiers who were paid to screen calls for the sales people!! So instead of 40 hour weeks I was broken down to a rough maybe 22 hours. Every last supervisor that I had was unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people with decency and that was just carried down from the managers. I then went to another department in social media only to be told one day out of the blue by someone who maybe had a week in on the job that they were getting rid of the entire department!! I then moved to another department where I had to do the same thing that I was doing before but just on another level. After having quite enough.... I let them fire me!

    Advice to Management

Sweatshops should only exist in your mind
