I worked at S&T full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They do quite an interesting things with big data. New projects aimed to investigate new ideas are initiated quite often. On the other hand - company structure is quite flat - no place to grow (expect from the entry level position)

    Cons

Salary tend to be delayed for month or more. HR is virtually non existant. Unpaid overtime is not unheard of. Very little teambuilding/

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do something with cashflow planning
