I have been working at S2YD as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Freedom to work from home.
Relaxing environment
Low Stress
Big Tips= make your Day
Cons – No Hourly Base Pay
No Upward Movement
Too Many Drivers = Too little profit
Get No Tips= Go Broke
Advice to Senior Management – Offer Drivers a way to make connections and sales. Then deliver a reward program to drivers for pushing business to the website and call center.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

“Horrible pay and inattentive management.”
I worked at S2YD
Pros – I enjoyed the independence of driving around town and picking up orders for customers.
Cons – It's a college town so tips are horrible and the compensation at Straight to Your Door is abysmal. It is a contract job. During school, you can make OK money but when school is out, you are lucky to get 2-3 deliveries during a 5 hour shift.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
