    Annual salary increase. Early Slack adopters.

    Cons

    Unprofessional emotional outbursts in the office. Insults and hysteria.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a minimal standard of safety to workers.

    Pros

    People are ok apart from my boss who was completely OCD. Cant think of any other pro's to be fair...

    Cons

    Bit like a retirement home for engineers. A lot of nepotism in there. No knowledge sharing in terms of experience from previous jobs being taken advantage off. Very bad and inexperienced managers.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the skills that people have and take advantage of it....

    Pros

    interesting tasks, challenges, good people, flexible working hours, you take as much responsibility as you can and you are willing to handle

    Cons

    less interesting stuff to do, more focused on testing than on SW development, recently, need to work within unclear environment,
