    Pros

    Supportive leadership team and colleagues Team oriented, non-cut throat culture Lots of opportunities to be involved throughout the company

    Cons

    Location and office amenities aren't ideal Benefits could be better

    Advice to Management

    Continue to allow all employees to have a voice and provide input. Must find a way to monitor company morale/employee satisfaction to ensure retainment of good employees.

    there are no pros to working here

    no work life balance they hire just the minimum staff to get by. always budget issue. treat employee like they are garbage.

    Pros

    freedom to do your job, good benefits, open communication, local company, good co-workers. Enjoyed the overall experience but they can do some tweaking

    A little top heavy with the upper management being a little too PC, need to listen to the employees to grow

    Pros

    -Great Location, not a lot of traffic -Free Parking -Great health benefits -Interesting area of business -Free beverages

    Cons

    -The people are not very friendly or welcoming -No company culture introduction -There is no employee orientation or welcome -Very political environment, ie easy to make a mistake or offend someone without knowledge -Very formal working environment & requires dressing up -People are very unprofessional, which contridicts the formal attire policy -There is no formal dress policy, you are expected to understand it -No training, management expects you to take charge yourself -A company that specializes in datacenters and storage, yet runs on paper. A very inefficient company
