    Pros

    Opportunity for growth
    Increases are fair
    Learning opportunities are availible
    Employees are treated fairly and affirmitive action is improving in the company

    Cons

    There are feww downsides in the company, however if I have to name asome, it would be the number of vacancies that are not given to internal staff.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Treat staff fairly & with respect
    Very proffesional enviroment yet thre is balance between work & play
    Perks are good
