    Pros

Leadership cares about the employees. This is obvious in the many employee events and the way Management listens to employees opinions. The decisions aren't always positive, but at least we can voice our concerns.

    Cons

Lots of overtime which is good for the pocket book but not so good on the work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time training employees from day 1.

    Pros

the jobs here are in high demand due to how this company treats its employees. If you are willing to put in the work and learn the products, they will take care of you. I have a co worker that has been here for 10 years and has been promoted 8 times. Any one that says otherwise was only willing to do the bare minimum that the job required. One other review claimed no women in management. My boss is a woman, one of many..... benefits= A+++

    Cons

being such a large company and having so many products, there is ALOT to learn. But they understand that and make sure they ease you into it. And they are fully aware that everyone had to start not knowing all the systems and products so they say over and over, just ask. every single person boss or not is willing to help and make themselves available to answer any questions non mater how stupid they may sound.

    Advice to Management

    keep doing what you doing.....

    Pros

The benefits are good. Insurance thru Blue Cross Blue Shield. They only match up to 4% of 401 (k) contributions. They do pay you weekly. I mean weakly. If you enjoy not being able to pay your basic bills, this is your company.

    Cons

Like most companies, you are just a number. You will be replaced tomorrow when they decide its your time to go. We always say as soon as you walk through the door on your first day, they are looking for a reason to walk you right back out.

    Advice to Management

Its better to spend a little money wisely than a lot of money foolishly.

    Pros

The best reason to work there is the benefit package. The health insurance is top notch and the company does match 401K contributions.

    Cons

The management is clueless about running a diverse organization. There are no minorities or women in executive positions (very few in management at all), and the company is more reactive than proactive.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should take more of a hands on role with the individual plants in order to know what really takes place on a regular basis.

    Pros

Recent public company but maintaining values of it's former 100 year plus family ownership. Values employees and provides a good work/home balance.

    Cons

With recent merger company is much larger so must get used to accomplishinging goals/project with a much larger group. For the most part everyone is very cooperative.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The pay was very good. Within my own department I was treated with respect for my ability and knowledge to do any work I was given. Their benefits were very good.

    Cons

There was lots of politics in the day to day workings of a job. They work their employees too hard and keep putting more and more on people. There were "favorites" who were allowed to continue to stay at the company even if they did not do much if any work. Makes it much harder to work there for all the other good employees. Upper management would not necessarily deal with "very problem" employees.

    Advice to Management

They need to deal with problem people and get rid of them if need be. They need to understand the jobs each employee is doing and be sure who they let go and who they keep.
