ProsSAF has been a huge change in my life when I enlisted into BMT, they prove to have world class trainings to bring out the best in each individual.

ConsThey have a lot of time management problems, schedules being inconsistent, discipline being challenged daily.

Enriching, literally once-in a lifetime because I sure as hell won't do it again.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at SAF

ProsYou don't get arrested for not serving your NS liability. Time to think, reflect and grow before you embark on further studies.

ConsAs an officer, you get good pay, more control but also more responsibility and higher chance of confinement... As sergeant... you get shot from the top and complaints from below. As a man, you get shitty pay and get flamed for pretty much everything.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter pay (preferably before I had ORD'ed) Paying actual attention to feedback and implementing them. Weeding out the bad leaders from the good.
