Pros

Good technologies, agressive ways to move in the market, reactivity toward market changes. Excellent level of technical employees

Cons

The management doesn't care of people satisfaction : the company moves from Velizy/Osny to Reuil-Malmaison (about 40km from current locations) without asking employees. The site choosen is 28 minutes away from any railways.
Employees will add 50 minutes to 1 hours 10 minutes from the current location to reach the new one... It seems like a "social plan" to lay off the employees without paying the lay off charges.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop playing with employees' lifes you will wake up with a dead company.
