Best Place to work, the founders took lot of care for every employee even in the most difficult economic times in US.

Principal Engineer (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA

Pros1. SAI Technology Inc has always been working on the cutting edge technologies such as 3G/4G LTE, WiFi, WiMAX, M2M. SAI Technology supported world's first 4X4 MIMO Technology development.
    2. Learning and carrier advance this is the best place, what I have seen for the last 15 years in US.
    3. Lot of respect for the employees
    4. Management always reconginized my work and also supported my carrier growth plan
    5. Every employee has been provided market value compensation plus stock options etc.
    6. There is a significant growth opportunity for the people, who wnat to learn and contribute.

Cons1. SAI have global teams and time synchronization requires meticulous planning
    2. Support required for advanced technologies training

Advice to Senior Management1. Focus on 3G/4G LTE, 802.11AC and grow the business as fast as possible. So that way all employees will benefit from the growth of the company.

Fraud company , you can experience place for becoming mad.

Engineer (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA

Prosthere are no pros, only cons. However, one pro is if you worked here, you can work anywhere else in the world. Because there is no other worst place to work other than this one.

ConsEverything is a con except the above pro.

Advice to Senior Managementstop this madness and close the company.

trade-offs between learning opportunity and compensation

Senior Engineer (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA

ProsMight get chance to work on new technology but again depends on whether the CEO finds relevant projects and work as a contract to that company

ConsFalse information on the website. Overall 2 management people, 5 Engineers in US, 20 Engineers(mostly freshers) in India.
Company' prospects depends on what projects are given as contract from big companies
Lot of false promises to customers about the capability of projects
Single person owned. So no opportunity for new ideas from new management
Beware of the stock promises on offer letters. Firstly each stock value about $1. Secondly, It will be written that it's subject to the boards approval. Board consists of the owner and his spouse. So in essence you won't get any stocks if you leave company ever!!!
All the Senior Engineers who worked for years didn't even benefit a penny out of this!
Very less pay( Not even 50% of the competitors)

Advice to Senior Management1.Management is responsible for losing smart and hard working engineers.
2.Please show some basic professionalism if not bonus or rewards for hard work
3.Don't lie to your employees as you do to your customers. You will still weaken the already diluted confidence in the management

ConsI totally regret for taking an offer and working here.
There is lack of communication between CEO and employees.
    Very very less salary.
    Salary not paid on time.
    Management is totally unprofessional.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease please have good communication with employees. Appreciate heartily employees work and effort. Have a professional approach towards work.

Good place if you are trying to learn, bad if you are already experienced

Systems Integration Engineer (Former Employee) Santa Clara, CA

ProsThis is a startup and the company tries to tap into every opportunity available. So, you get to learn a lot and you would end up being part of everything. Good place for new recruits and people looking for some hands-on experience.

ConsThe management is often dishonest with employees and is not transparent. You seldom get paid on time. The relationship between the employee and the management is strictly dependent on how much the company makes out of you.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease treat your employees with respect and not as cash cows. Compliment them when they do a nice job and try not to manipulate them. Employees are as important to the company as the management is. So, please understand the needs of employees and the employees will understand & help when you're in need.

    Sr. Developer

Senior Developer (Former Employee) Santa Clara, CA

ProsYou can expect good work from passionate director but not good salary and other benefits. But work wise its good

Consnot good salary and other benefits, weekend you might need to work as well which is itself boring job to do

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter work culture, better pay and better communication can take the company to ever more heights which they cannot think off.

    Company based on lies

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIf you are a hardworker you learn some things here and there. If you are experienced already you can't gain anything here.

ConsThe recent good reviews seem to be posted by the management itself just to make outsiders feel good about the company. When they talk about qualcomm project ask them: Where are all the employees who were working on Qualcomm project? Everybody left due to unethical behavior of the management.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop making false advertisements and projecting false image of your company.

SAI is a good place to get exposed to the new technologies

    Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsIts a great opportunity to get work on all new technologies LTE, 3G and 4G wireless products. After a good exposure & experience to the new technology is effortless to join in a bigger company.

ConsBeing a self funded company can't expect high salaries but one can compromises on learning and getting themselves involved with the new technologies and products at SAI.

Advice to Senior ManagementOnly if the management can hike the salaries and retain some knowledgable engineers with this technology the company can really fly. Good luck to SAI
