    Pros

Culture depends on which department you are in. Your individual voice is heard. You are helping students no matter what job you have, so that is a great motivator.

    Cons

You need to speak up for yourself, so that you don't get lost in this large organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep salaries realistic so that there is greater equity across the different employee groups.

    Pros

You have the opportunity to learn lots of new things there. My co-workers were the best component of my daily basis activities. They were collaborative and always in the mood to help you with anything you need.

    Cons

Work space is too tiny! Computer equipment and software are not up to date. I must say that work sometimes was little bit boring.
