Pros
good payment
convenient traffic
colleagues are very fiendly
can learn a lot from my job
have a lot of holidays
Cons
work is too easy, little challenge
you can became very lazy in such kind of company
you find no snacks here
Advice to Senior Management
to be more strick to your employees
give us mor challenges
and of course more snacks and free time activities

Its OK as pay is competetive
Cons
No chance to rise as management is too controlling and Sanyo not big enough for growth. some bad management people keep doing what they want!

Think positive about other employees who work for this organization!

They let you wear multiple hats and utilize many skill sets, not very silo-ed jobs.
Cons
Always focused on the next sale- no long term planning or strategy

Look at the bigger picture.
