    Pros

    In general, the management took care of the staff. There was a good sense of community.

    Cons

    The financial stress on the company caused overly frequency structural changes.

    Work life balance is fine...if you know your work, you can glide by smoothly for years...

    Cons

    Little exposure to other works, you are 'stuck'; management is confined to maybe 2 people for NA office. If you are in their good books, you are fine otherwise, all your good work does NOT matter...

    Learn how to grow and manage properly...get rid of politically motivated local management

    Its OK as pay is competetive

    No chance to rise as management is too controlling and Sanyo not big enough for growth. some bad management people keep doing what they want!

    - Good amount of vacation days and sick days
    - Great management leadership
    - Employees get along even after working hours

    - Communication issue with the headquarter in Japan

    - Misunderstanding from the senior management

    Need a better understand and open to listen to ideas. Need to grasp a better link understand between Japan & U.S. market.

    quick advancement. worked with great ppl who wanted to do the right thing all the time even if they didnt know what that was

    Cons

    Advancement did not come with pay or benefits increase, only more responsibility. Bonuses were weak.

    you can became very lazy in such kind of company
    you find no snacks here
