Pros
Free onsite lunch is definitely a nice perk, also a good opportunity for employee bonding. All managers in my department are knowledgeable and they are also respectful to employees.
Cons
It's a giant software company. You know what I am talking about. It can take a while to get a promotion.

Can't really complain since the company is stable and making considerable profits.

It's a big company where you could have a lots of opportunities to develop as a professional.
It's also a great place to work.

You must give 110% in each activity, it's very rough so it's not for anyone who can't handle a strong position in a big company.

Senior management often reminds us that we are “ONE SAP” and in order to transform SAP into an amazing growth company, every line of business must continue to fire on all cylinders. As such, all teams – not just Sales -- should be rewarded for their performance whenever the company has an incredible quarter, year, etc.
