Pros

Exposure to how a top notch company works
Lots of training
Lots of mobility, upward and lateral

Cons

Too big - no agility
Poor execution of strategy
Leadership (regional VP level) is out of touch with reality
Less than great products

Advice to Senior Management

Make changes faster. This team has shrunk by 1/2, mainly due to a voluntary exodus of experienced, top notch employees who were dissatisfied with the inability of management to adapt to changing market conditions, and to make changes based on employee input.
