    Pros

Strong work ethics which respect every individual and treat them equally. Good work life balance. Great place to work and that is the reason why i am sticking to this place for the last 13 years.

    Cons

Salary is not above market. it is only on par. Limited growth opportunities. Transfers within that organization not transparent and not easy

    Advice to Management

revise management level salaries as well. More direction on where the company is heading needs to be communicated to all employees.

    Pros

    Work culture is very good.
Company serves very good meals. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks are free and have a wide variety.
Trainings are great. We can also train others on the skills we acquired, which will be reviewed from the training audience by a separate audit team. If everyone likes the way we teach, it can be continued and we would earn points. These points can be utilized for a training we want to acquire even if it is out of our scope of work.
Team shift is really easy and there are a lot of options depending on your interest.
Great company benefits which make it a place to retire from.

    Cons

Salary is not that great as per product based company of such standards.
Timings are almost fixed. In Bangalore, 8 am sharp the office is fully functional as by 12 pm onsite colleagues come on-line.
Distance can be a little drawback in Bangalore, depending on where you stay.

    Advice to Management

Make the business decisions more transparent. Also have career progression goals set up with the employees. Since the attrition rate is less, the opportunities are seldom created which forces workforce to quit. To help employees consider providing laptop as well and flexibility options such as work from home in some cases.
