Take continuous feedback from management, and most importantly act on it.
Provide clear vision and mandate for teams at lower level.
Entry level management is core to the success of the team; provide support for them to be effective.
Create a startup culture and foster innovation. Execution takes too long and that's hurting the company. Approvals, heavy handedness, egos etc are hindering the growth of the company.

Its a software company where you get to work on developing innovative software products. It is the market leader in Business Softwares, where employees have good work life balance.

It is a big company with thousands of employees, it has a pretty rigid work hierarchy and all processes are very much process driven.

Change the culture in company to make it employee friendly because remember you are also an employee of this company and the moment you need your company to support you, it will behave the same way as you behaved with your subordinates.

SAP LABS has flexible timings.It is a Employee friendly company.Most of the projects are product development. You get a very good exposure of SAP ABAP.

SAP labs makes you lazy if you join as a fresher because of the flexible timings. U need to ask people if you want any work to be done.

The compensation is sometimes less than what other people trained in similar fields draw, and since it is a product company, it might take a while to succeed in the market.

You are doing great. Keep it up. Amazing policies, very employee friendly, and very customer friendly. Several new best practices are being adopted which is excellent
