Pros
Word leader in ERP sector. Worldwide company with good compensation package. Lots of opportunities inside and outside of the company. Professional growth.
Cons
Sometimes it seems too big, too chalenging and too coplicated. Overloaded with information and don't have time to take all of the opportunities, I have.
Pros
1. Best work life balance anyone can get.
2. Very good Infrastructure
Cons
1. Work is not very challenging.
2. ANYONE can survive in this company as there is too much freedom and the hard working people suffer because of the ones who do not work.
3. Pay is slightly on the lower side but not too low for the kind of work environment and facilities provided.
Advice to Senior Management
keep up the good work!
Pros
Flexible Telecommuting enabled for select employees
Cons
Long Hours did not work/life balance
Advice to Senior Management

Cons

- Highly process driven
Pros

Cons
Too big a company
Peak time has passed, need reinvent itself
Advice to Senior Management
focus on good technology, lest internal fight, especially cross-cultural fight
Pros
Good Benefits
Very nice Work environment
Training and Development
World class Facility
Good Car Lease program
Well known Brand name
Cons
The quality of employees is average
Mostly top-down management; very less action on feedback received from employees
Lot of in-fighting for projects between different development centers
Very few teams have solid and clear missions
Advice to Senior Management
Take continuous feedback from management, and most importantly act on it.
Provide clear vision and mandate for teams at lower level.
Entry level management is core to the success of the team; provide support for them to be effective.
Create a startup culture and foster innovation. Execution takes too long and that's hurting the company. Approvals, heavy handedness, egos etc are hindering the growth of the company.
Pros
Great people, with a strong reputation
Cons
Large company sometimes makes change difficult.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up M&A to maintain relevant, progressive company.
Pros
Its a software company where you get to work on developing innovative software products. It is the market leader in Business Softwares, where employees have good work life balance.
Cons
It is a big company with thousands of employees, it has a pretty rigid work hierarchy and all processes are very much process driven.
Pros
- Experience on new SAP products
- Networking
- Access to SAP internal knowledge database
Cons
- Low salary
- Poor organization
- Lack of planning
Pros
People were quite team oriented here and "silos" were fairly rare for the most part. Great sense of camaraderie between and within teams.
Cons
Horrible work-life balance (this was something that SAP executive management acknowledged was a known problem but I never saw them come out with a actionable solution for fixing this).
Company is bloated and seldom culls out the unproductive. Part of this might be due to the German Workers Council's influence. This bloatedness translates into too many stakeholders and inefficient operations. Things move very slowly here.
Flat organizational structure translates into a lack of ability to grow a team and promote. Tendency for people to get pigeonholed into a role for many years.
