I worked at SAP full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good salary and freedom to develop your career if you are working on the right projects.
Good opportunities to work in different locations and travel if one likes it.

    Cons

Can get stuck for many years in the same project working with old technologies if located in a small office.
Small offices do not share a proportionate amount of perks as big offices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more clear about direction. Less emails, shorter ones and more focus about what need to be done.
