Pros – Good company for work. Many opportunities for active people
Cons – Many travels, not too much global opportunities. Generaly work in CIS.

“Market leader in enterprise application software”
Current Employee – been working at SAP full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – SAP is a great place to work. There's vision, commitment and capacity to deliver some of the best application software in the world.
Cons – SAP consists in more than 60.000 employees worldwide and it's not always easy to know and interact with all stakeholders.
Advice to Senior Management – There is now a much more clear and stronger idea of where SAP wants to go and it's definitely the way to go. Keep up the excellent work!

Pros – Word leader in ERP sector. Worldwide company with good compensation package. Lots of opportunities inside and outside of the company. Professional growth.
Cons – Sometimes it seems too big, too chalenging and too coplicated. Overloaded with information and don't have time to take all of the opportunities, I have.
