Pros
nice people, nice environment
flexible hours

Peak time has passed, need reinvent itself
Advice to Senior Management
focus on good technology, lest internal fight, especially cross-cultural fight
Pros
Woke and life balance, coworkers are very nice, free and not bad lunch, long time vocation, comfortable workplace, managers are good.
Cons
You can't expected promotions when you are doing good. Slow feedback from manages, coworkers are nice but not very smart. Salary is not very good compare to other companies.
Advice to Senior Management
Take the change and make it happen. Hear voice from your workers. Do not bury yourselves into meeting, go around and you can find more.
Pros
It has a clean work environment. I feel very comfortable to work there.
working time is flexible. Easily to attend internal trainings.
Cons
Recognition is not enough.
work scope is a little narrow here.
salary increase is a little slow.
As a technical guy, you don't have much chance to get touch with new IT technology.

People ar every nice and open, very good team working and on-job learning.
There are great knowledge base which can be leverage.
Very good oppotunity to meet and learn from industries

Non-flexible, little care on youth. The senior management is not so open.

Promote those youth who contribute companies a lot

* non-profit organization don't have too much working pressure, not as the sales consultant

* not well organized people management
* matrix management makes the process very long and inefficient
* retention rate of talent is not high

* managers should mentor the employees and give the clear and accurate guidance of the project
