Pros
Fabulous Products. Great market opportunities. Customer love the products. Significant differentiators to the compitition. Passionate technical satff.
Cons
The Australian Country Manager micromanages. His personal style is to berate individuals and blame others for his own failings. He is so afraid of failure that he stiffles innovation and success.
The sales team are set unrealistic quotas and offered only limited support. In this way the Australian Country Manager can make his numbers whilst the team fails.
The result is high turnover of sales staff which in turn leads to poor financial results and customers that are extemely dissatisfied with SAS support.
Advice to Senior Management
Sack the Australian Country Manager
