    Pros

Challenging assignments, Exposure to top management of client companies- almost all top corporates are clients, front office roles, responsibilities at lower levels

    Cons

Pathetic culture, no proper demarcation of roles at different positions, sit through even you have no work because your boss is still at cabin, no appreciation ever, organisation structure is flawed, LOW SALARY even after so much profits each year

    Advice to Management

Increase salary, change the hierarchy, define roles for every level

    Pros

Great learning experience with a plethora of assignments in Project Finance. Good and informal office culture. Open doors policy mostly. Big Brand - Leaders in Project Finance globally since 2009 Opportunity to work from origination to closure of an assignment unlike most other places where the job is done in silos.

    Cons

No clear HR Policy....keeps on changing every year. Promotions and increments at the whims and fancy of SBI without any roadmap. Only a single product organization - Bank Loans whether Project Finance / Corporate Loans / Restructuring or Refinancing contributes to 90% of the organizations revenues.

    Advice to Management

Need to lay out a clear policy on promotion.

    Pros

    - Learning beyond any expectations. No institution has this much of knowledge bank and promote learning at every level. - You get the chance to work with one of the biggest size projects in India and the one of the most reputed clients - You learn entire value chain of a project - If you are lucky to get a project from inception to operational stage or atleast at financial closure stage; you be sure that you are a pro now.

    Cons

    - The determination this institute demand the salary packages are least among competitors. Though, for this much learning no need to pay but we are working to get paid. On the other side, if the pay not be lesser than industry standard, believe me you guys didn't get the chance to get a interview calls because I might be still sitting in my chair.

    Advice to Management

    - You guys are working perfectly fine and keep SBICAPS always on the top of syndicated loans PFI list.
