Good work life balance and low turn over.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFrom what I can judge so early on, it seems like employees are content with their jobs. People are generally happy and helpful. One thing I noticed is that many employees that I have come across have been there for many years. Low turnover means that most employees must be content.

ConsSome disorganization within my department, but new management just took over so it may take some time to get the department up and running efficiently.
