Former Employee – worked at SC Foster
Pros – Flexible hours. Was able to take time off (without pay) when I needed to travel for an extended period.
Busy office with diverse requirements to work on.
Could work from home when needed.
Cons – Benefits package was a little expensive so I went and got my own.
There were so many requirements that at times I felt overwhelmed.
Advice to Senior Management – Medical coverage is important to many employees so you would do yourself a favor if you found a plan that wasn't so expensive.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at SC Foster full-time for less than a year
Pros – Gives entry level people an opportunity to learn about recruiting
Cons – Absolutely no work/ life balance -Expected to be checking your personal cellphone for a new email 24/7 ( even on the weekends and days off )
Expected to make and take calls on personal cellphone with no reinbursment
Management is all talk, does not stand by word - all empty promises
Feels all recruiters are easily replaced and treats you that way, no respect at all
Highest turnover i've ever seen, 4 recruiters fired in 1 month.
Hostile work environment
Advice to Senior Management – Close your staffing firm, you are dishonest, have no respect for others, cheap and money hungry. Stop trying to low -ball your contractors so you can make more money for yourself.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at SC Foster
Pros – good training
base salary - not a commission only job
Cons – - Lots of promises made during training about how they treat employees - not kept.
- I was hired and let go two days later - no explanation. Every company I have ever worked for I have been promoted. I believe in working hard and want to be number one. I was not even there long enough to get started. I've never been let go before.
- Had me turn in all my banking information and let me go that same day.
- Had me use my own accounts for g-mail, skype, etc. Have all my passwords and personal information.
Advice to Senior Management – "Staffing with a Conscience" should mean staffing with a conscience. Stop being shady and treat employees right and you'll keep the good ones that are loyal.

Former Employee – worked at SC Foster
Pros – You are able to work from home
Cons – You are micromanaged. Empty promises during the interview process. Commission schedule changes all the time and they don't always pay.
Advice to Senior Management – There is no need to micromanage your employees or talk about them to other co-workers behind their backs.

Former Employee – worked at SC Foster
Pros – flexible schedules as long as hours are met
Cons – Did not train new employees; terminated 5 people in my short tenure there; No training/feedback given to employees - were just fired; rules changed constantly; compensation changed without notice; very poorly run business; those managing the team have no business or recruitment experience and is obvious with how the business was run
Advice to Senior Management – If the business is going to last, need to learn how to train/mentor new hires to be the performers they want and not expect top level performers after 1 or 2 weeks with zero training.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
