Be The First To

Ronald M. (Ron) Causey
I have been working at SC&H Group as an intern for less than a year
Pros – - Don't get overworked
- Small Company (Everyone is friendly and knows one another)
- Many Service Lines
Cons – Not as much room to grow as at a larger firm. Although some service lines may let you grow much faster than others.
Advice to Senior Management – Ron Causey is the man! The management staff as a whole is really nice!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at SC&H Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – The people are very nice and make new hires feel very welcome
Very collaborative work environment - superiors will take some time to teach new hires
Cons – Not a very structured training program
Most work is strictly regional which doesn't
Little discussion of career path
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a structured training program for new hires and talk about career development

I worked at SC&H Group full-time
Pros – 1) Good company culture. SC&H Group has a company enviroment that is welcoming and inviting.
2) SC&H offers an array of services.
Cons – 1) Poor training opportunities, particularly in Risk Management.
2) Company does not promote from within. Everyone in management did not start with SC&H. They will tout Big 4 experience or corporate experience at every opportunity. Message that it sends to employees: GO TO BIG 4 TO BE TRAINED AND THEN CALL US LATER
Advice to Senior Management – Offer better training opportunities.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
