    Pros

Located in sunny Barcelona. More than 33 days of holidays per year.

    Cons

Low payment and lots of work. Lack of consistency and strategic vision. Not a place for young people eager to innovate and grow professionally due to a highly politic organisation. Managers are not professionals and only cares about personal objectives (Bonus). HR department is the worst I have seen on my career.

    Advice to Management

Support professional growth of teams and reward good employes with a clear career plan, stop improvisation.

    Pros

A big company where you can develop your professional and also personal skills. For an internship this company is totally recomendable.

    Cons

The problem of every big company is that you cannot know every aspect of it due to it. Also the internships are short and don't have the possibility of continuing with them.

    Pros

+ You deal with a big amount of technology related with cars + You have a good timetable because it´s from 8 h. to 16 h. + You have more time off than usual, like a week more

    Cons

    - The managment doesn´t take care of their people, they are not interested on them - Not easy promotion. To get a management position you have to passs a very burocratic and long process -Too much political stuff. A lot of decissions are taken more on department interest rather than on the company interest. - Big selling crisis at the moment (2008). Not the best moment if you want a seccure job

    Advice to Management

Take more care to keep your people in the company because they experience and knowledege are its biggest resource.
