Cons – Less paid, that is the only problem

Pros – It a very good company to learn this company having world class infrastructures.

Cons – But this company is not for a long term carrier aspirants, it is lean towards a malayalee community in almost all department including HR,Finance ,Supply chain ....

Advice to Senior Management – HR to be strengthen by putting knowledged person and Finance and Purchase department especially Bangalore Unit has highly corrupted, pls request Top management to replace immediately both department heads, other wise company name will spoil in the EMS Industry.

*Lot of opportunities to learn
*good place for Embedded, Hardware and VLSI
*Good working environment
*Good managers
*Salary ok for Trivandrum Standards

Cons – *HR wont respond to employees' mails and concerns(But Managers will manage the junior's problems)
*HR spends time in crap things
*No clear policies on Salary Revisions

Advice to Senior Management – Please restructure HR to properly take care about the employees.
Communicate the policies to the employees at the right time.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't pay the employees peanuts

Friendly and helpful coworkers
Knowledge sharing between employees are good
Opportunities to go to onsite

Cons – Management in NeST is poor
Lots of processes are added results less concentration to do our technical tasks
Cannot balance our personal life with office life because of intense work load

Advice to Senior Management – Management skills to be developed
Communication gap between employee and manager to be reduced
Conditions for giving hike are not satisfactory as they wont count management tasks that we do as part of processes
