    Digital Marketing (Former Employee)

ProsGood salary, good ambiance, good communication between team, small team.
The thing i appreciated is the fact that, each other could apply their own starting hours.

ConsSometimes, communication was quite impossible from one Business Unit to another. There were some salary disparities. Some of them were only focused on their own work, instead of helping colleagues.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe kind but not too much

Great team, but poor company vision and leadership

    Deputy Product Manager (Former Employee)
    La Défense (France)

ProsBig firm with interesting budgets for innovation projects (not true anymore in 2013). I was in a fantastic open innovation team, worked on pioneer projects and felt a very friendly and supportive atmosphere in the team.

ConsVery poor management at C executive levels, always remainingin their Ivory Tower and incapable of long term vision. The company, very big, is made of silos that do not collaborate in general, which is a pity in a company with such talent. Innovations created by teams almost never make it to the public stage. Too much turnover in middle management and the company clearly abuses of short term contracts.

Advice to Senior ManagementEstablish a clear vision, dare, empower your teams, innovate. Stop behaving like kings on their throne, you are way too far from steve jobs for this. If you do not react quick, big troubles are ahead.

    Interesting

    Key Account Manager (Current Employee)
    Paris (France)

ProsVery interesting lots of evolution possible with motivation

ConsManagement inconsistancy with no Human ressource
Focused on shareholder, employee not view as a asset...

Advice to Senior ManagementShort term management, untill directors/managers known they are here for a short term, they manage short term without strategy / lon term vision

Great experience and corporate culture, but dark times ahead

    Junior Product Manager (Former Employee)
    La Défense (France)

ProsSFR has a great corporate culture, and as a Junior, I learnt a lot in very different fields : management, telecommunications, technology... I worked as part of two different teams in which I had a very interesting experience. SFR also offers good compensations ("Intéressement et particpation", bonuses...)

ConsDifficulties to adapt to the changing environment in the market may destroy the great working atmosphere and the job opportunities at SFR
