    I worked at SGS full-time

    Pros

Decent starting pay for some one first starting out with no experience in the field or a plant, you have the opportunity to get plenty of hours

    Cons

Management has favorites, there really is not a set schedule on the time you get off everyday, you work until the schedule is done

    Advice to Management

See with your own eyes and dont just believe what your favorite tells you without having facts

I have been working at SGS (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is generally friendlyatmosphere, active social committe, large referral bonuses, flexible hours, managers listen to your concerns and have completely open office policy, helpful trainers

    Cons

A lot of drama, pay is low, no opportunities for advancement, work gets very repetitive, sometimes management can be too laid back, communication between departments is close to 0%, and corporate treats our site like the ugly stepchild.

    Advice to Management

Listen to someone other than the Log-In team leader. She doesn't rule the company and she isnt always right. Take time to actually understand what your employees do! We have a hard time resolving issues when managers don't even know what we do in our department.
