    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Slow work pace. Work load manageable. Stress free. Good place to continue part time studies.

    Cons

Poor senior management leadership. Does not appreciate staff. Bias from managment.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better information systems and pay well to retain talent. Stop cutting cost and let senior citizen be a leech to the company's payroll.
