    Great company!!!!!

Regional Director (Current Employee) Columbus, OH

ProsIt is NOT a temporary job - they offer fulltime employment for many folks every day of the week! They strive to offer base pay plus incentive - which equals more pay in the employees pocket!

ConsI have experienced none to date!

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to support the offices outside of Georgia, I get 100% support and couldn't be happier!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Inconsistent company at best

QA Warehouse (Former Employee) Elwood, IL

ProsWages are slightly above the industry standard. Work hours are flexible during slow seasons.

ConsConsistently hires incompetent seasonal associates and managers. This leads to an extremely high turn-over rate for management and associate positions. In the 5 years I worked for SIMOS I had 6 different operations managers, 4 supervisors, and 5 different HR managers. NO BENEFITS. At all. It is horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe warehouse leads are the backbone of your company. Due to the high turn-over rate in every other position the leads are the only ones that have a full understanding of the businesses policies and procedures. Pay them more money and give them benefits.

Just a job, nothing more maybe less....

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Memphis, TN

ProsYou are helping others gain employment they need.

ConsNo structure, management changes frequently, no formal training, they tell you more about your job duties after you have started, non team environment, there is more babysitting than making workers work, a straight buddy and kiss up environment, everyone wants to run the office, they don't care if applicants after left in the lobby for hours. They do not have a good presence or reputation in the city. Employees talk to applicants how they want and talk about them as if they are any better. No one listens to your issues, well they pretend to but nothing is done about it. Very unprofessional environment. I could go on.
