    Boring

Interviewer (Current Employee) Highland Heights, Campbell, KY

Prosthey are very flexible, you actually get to pick your schudule and if you want to work morning or evening, most of the people are cool. the pay is amazing for what little work you actually do. its a about 1-2 dollars over minimum wage per hour. you can work as much as you want up to 40 hours, more if they are offering overtime.

ConsBORING. Dial numbers all day! you can't talk anymore or read, or do anything but dial, quota controls everything and helps to make it a bad place to work.

Advice to Senior Managementstop outside promoting

One of the worst places to work if you're over 18.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Highland Heights, Campbell, KY

ProsVery flexible schedule if you're willing to work after 4pm during the week, very good for being a student. Better pay if you can work weekends. You can pick your own schedule and only required 4 shift a week, which means you could only work the two 10 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday and not have to work a day all week.

ConsDon't even think about getting sick if you don't have insurance or can't afford a doctor. You have to have a doctor's note to them that very day if you call in, otherwise they consider it job abandonment and you will be fired. Not much room for advancement, you have to be there at least a year to be considered for anything higher than just a dialer. You have to follow the rules blindly. When you get a call monitored, if you're not smiling during the survey as well as following the rules they give you in training, exactly as you're told, you get at least 5 points taken off. Don't even think about trying to hold up a conversation with the person on the other end, that gets you points taken off too. Also, you have to sit there as if you're in a prison cell. You can get sent home for talking to people or reading a book at your desk. You get automatically fired if you get caught on your phone at all. Most of the employees are under 18 and really immature. You have to be nice to the people you're asking to take the surveys, even though they can be beyond necessarily rude and abusive toward you. No benefits unless you get promoted to a monitor or above and you only get vacation time after a year and they aren't really willing to promote people. This is not a huge deal, but you have to sign in and out with a person to be able to use the bathroom.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop changing the rules every week. Also, please learn to be more flexible with call-ins. When you don't offer benefits to dialers and have pay that is barely enough to live on, you can't expect them to be able to provide you with a doctor's note every time they're sick.

SIRS is flexible with personal schedules and advancement opportunties.

Assistant Supervisor (Current Employee) Highland Heights, Campbell, KY

ProsSIRS is very flexible with college and high school students who may have extra cirricular activities. The people there are friendly and responsive to times of immediate change.

ConsQuota demand changes frequently, job is tedious. Management may ask employees to work extra days and stay longer hours if the quota demands it.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe consistent in everything that you do and maintain a balanced work enviorment so that all employees are willing to commit to the demands of the company.
