    Pros

Best at CAD, CAM jobs. Good at marketing. Had a good experience in robotics and still willing to continue it.

    Cons

I am fresher. Never worked before and want to start working just for the sake of experiences.

    Advice to Management

Since I am new to the company and it is about autocars, I wish to include aerodynamics concepts to existing cars that will make them more attractive and probably efficient.

    Pros

Flexible schedules which you can't put a price on when you're a full-time student. Friendly laid-back office culture. Among non-IT staff you're hailed as a hero most of the time (provided you're a good communicator and set realistic expectations). 50% meal discounts. Good job to use as a stepping-stone in a technical career. Potential for higher-level projects that can strengthen your resume.

    Cons

Below market value pay, even by non-silicon valley standards. Management often out-of-touch with reality. Expected to handle after-hours emergency calls. Expected to support infrastructure components you don't have access to. Outdated tools. Archaic, bloated, and inefficient tech support procedures. (Although to be fair a recent effort is being made to streamline and update). Subtle cliques and favoritism. Bureaucracy prevents some common-sense solutions from happening.

    Advice to Management

Allow helpdesk staff to do support remotely. Provide REAL incentive to work-on higher level non-helpdesk projects (i.e. pay increases). Listen to input from your helpdesk staff and take it seriously.

    Pros

Don't have to travel far and can work the job into your class schedule. Can meet some awesome fellow students. Good place to start for someone who has no work experience.

    Cons

No surprises, the job is what it is. Don't expect anything exciting or glamorous. The people you work with is what makes the job more enjoyable.

    Pros

If you are just starting to work in a business field and you get a job here you will learn a lot. And you get 50% off of food all over campus which helps since you are on a college student budget.

    Cons

There are a few people who will throw you under the bus here so be careful to whom you talk to they may seem nice at first but they won't hesitate to throw you under if something doesn't go the way they want it to.

    Advice to Management

Be more open minded to new ideas you are hiring students because we are young and we know what people our age want and need.
