Current Employee – been working at SJVN full-time for more than a year

Pros – SJVN has very bright future. This company have one running project (Nathpa Jhakri 1500MW HEP) and 15 projects in construction and investigation stages in India and out of India. now company is going for thermal power projects in bihar. company also going for Solar and wind projects. so it is a complete power company which generates electricity.

Cons – There is nos. of HEP projects in SJVN all are in remote areas or in difficult terrain.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Cons – Seasonal based,a s hdro power companies are based on rain,snow etc

Cons – Most working sites are in remote areas..

Advice to Senior Management – Tranfer policies should b followed according.. extra benefits and perks should b given to the employee working in non family stations .
