Pros
I had a great time learning about the Korean business culture. It's also a great opportunity to network with others sharing your same professional interests. Coworkers are very eager and interested to interact with interns. Also, they have a great support system for employees (i.e. training program prior to the internship, weight room, library, psychologist etc.)
Cons
Some assigned projects are not meaningful. Therefore, most days can be spent doing unproductive work. It basically depends on what group / team you are assigned to.
Advice to Senior Management
Great management. Team leaders are motivated to help intern, but also, this depends on your team.
