    HR Manager

Global Human Resources Manager (Former Employee) Seoul (South Korea)

ProsKorean companies are most likely to be conservative and hierarchical. However, SK Telecom, I found the working culture lienient compared to other companies I've worked for. Perks are great! Working for an mobile carrier, of course no need to take care of your mobile phone bills, 3 months holiday after your 10th year and great profit sharing plans!

ConsIt is yet to create a global working environment. Mainly concentrated on domestic business.
