    Pros

Pay is great for the area,
benifits are good compared to other companies in the area
HR Department is the best I have seen

    Cons

    Good ole boy club
Promotions only to those who are friends with leadership
Rotating shift hours are difficult to get used too
    Not consistant with quality decisions

    Advice to Management

Return to the Korean Management, They knew what was best for the employees, Every since the "American" management took over the company has went down hill.

    Pros

It has some stability regardless of fluctuating global market environment. They do not reconstruct human resources easily. That is good merit.

    Cons

It is too conservative. It is too slow to change itself rapidly to adapt recent technological trend. Its salary is not so high relatively to other competitors.

    Advice to Management

They should be more innovative and challenging.

    Pros

Great health benefits and there are a lot of good people working there. It's also nice not to have to worry with Atlanta traffic

    Cons

Upper management does not care about their employees, even when problems are evident all around them, they will look the other way. There are no opportunities for advancement, and jobs will only become available for the select few who are promoted yearly. Communication between senior and manager level to their employees is non existent, but then employees are criticized for not doing a task the way that was wanted. Pay is way below 25%ile in many categories.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention and listen to your employees. You have great people who work for you if you do not drive them away with poor pay and your poor treatment.
