Current Employee – been working at SKF India as an intern for less than a year
Pros – SKF has a very good reputation and is the oldest company in the business. It traditional hold is still very strong and yet has ventured into newer areas. Workplace environment is very good.
Cons – Though people are friendly, they are predominantly Marathi so there is better communication is you know the language.

Pros – Every employee gets equal opportunities and overall development of an employee is taken care of. The work culture of the company is competitive yet friendly.
Cons – The companies policies are very good , but they have some hidden clauses which make them useless. The incentive scheme of the company is good but sometimes unfair.
Advice to Senior Management – Formulate some employee friendly policies which would benefit the majority of employees.

Cons – There aremt any downsides to work with SKF. The knowledge driven company has excellent exposure and deep knowledge of each and every field.
Advice to Senior Management – Management is very much helpful. Gives more and more opportunities for young generation to grow in organization.

Cons – Innovation mostly happens in Europe.
In India innovation exists only in sales approach.
