Pros
People are friendly, you learns a lot. You can get support you need to do your job, the vacation time is great too. And it's not too intensive
Cons
The worst thing about it would be it does not pay very well, I did not ask for very high starting, which I got, but salary rise can hardly keep up with inflation.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall good job, less org change and more focus on core business would be great. And yes, I think you can get better people by paying more.
