I worked at SKF as an intern

    Pros

I worked as a market analyst there during my summer internship in 2014. My supervisor was really supportive and provided me with a lot of guidance as well as autonomy over my own project. My colleagues were mostly expatriates and they were polite, friendly and helpful. Some managers showed a lot of passion and expertise in their work and that inspired me.

    Cons

The company culture is not very vibrant. Many employees only know people in their department. There are not many inter-departmental activities or interactions.
