    Availability of knowledge and opportunity for various training courses.
    Movement within company is available and encouraged.

    Cons

    There is a definite glass ceiling within the company, which causes most new hires to leave within the first few years so search for better opportunities.

    Pros

    Friendly, smart and laid back colleagues, exciting work with fun technical challenges, fair and communicative management team, global exposure, high focus on growth. San Diego business unit is part of #1 bearing company in the world with customers all over the globe, providing good degree of financial stability. Good benefits - one of the few companies out there that still offers pension plan. There are so many long-term employees giving a testament to this. Has a excellent work-life balance. Company policy is environmentally-friendly.

    Lower pay, but somewhat compensated with the benefits.
    This city has high cost of living.
