Pros – *Learning experince is really good with SKH,more difficult the job is more things you will learn that is the SKH.
Cons – The HR policies of the group is not that good as they should have to be.
The package and other reimbursements are also not satisfactory.
Advice to Senior Management – The management should try strengthen the Hr policies of the group.
They have to understand that"assets for the group is not the capital or mascinery they have but the people of the group.

Pros – There nothing appreciable about this company. Which i remember and i can tell.
Cons – Jobs stability is a major concern employees are hired and fired oftenly. HR department is very weak you'll not get what you were told. Every thing will be maintained in papers but in actual it never exist.
Management and employees interaction is very poor. Career growth is very slow almost negligible.
In past two years entire staff is replaced. Employees don't work here they survive.
Advice to Senior Management – The management always looks the grey area don't see the brighter part, there are few people who play the dominant part and always hide the original part.

Pros – nothing important words to describe why i worked with skh fro five years
Cons – Delay in paying staff salary, staff is ignored treated like slaves no other facility
