“OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE”
I worked at SMS Demag as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Good people to work with.
Overtime if you are interested.
Casual attire.
Half-day Friday.
Cons – Work tended to be feast or famine. Some times I would work 60+ hour weeks, by choice because the work was there. Other times you may have to stretch out trivial tasks just to make it through the day.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros – manufacturing company which is in steel sector
Cons – no service sector involved in
Advice to Senior Management – hire some more engineers
more locations in usa
more full time employees
more visits to site to get on hand experience what they are making
